It’s a good thing my husband and I eventually found several reliable ones. Our trick is to have a different agent per property, then we change it up based on what works every couple of years. Over time, we think we’ve become quite the real estate aficionados.

Right off the bat, its portfolio looked impressive to us. It covers everything from grand Victorian townhouses and Edwardian terraces to waterfront developments, modern design properties, and eco-friendly new builds.
The way we see it, its real estate agents have strong market knowledge that can cater to many property preferences.
It’s also a bonus for us that this company has offices in South Belfast, East Belfast, and North Down. This gives greater accessibility for more clients.
A former landlord we had a chat with was also happy with the service. He got his property leased in only two weeks! That’s a pretty quick turnaround, we say.
However, we feel this option might have fewer in-house ancillary services (like mortgages and legal) than bigger agencies. We recommend discussing this with your agent beforehand to best manage your expectations.
