These 5 co working spaces in Belfast made me love Mondays again!
Sick of working in a cramped space at home? Not to mention the slow Wi-Fi, noisy family members, boring workspace, and other inconveniences? Same here.
I’ve been in my fair share of coffee shops and libraries, but my experiences have been far from consistent. As someone who has been writing gigs way before remote work was the norm, I’ve already found the best spots where I can get most things done.
Whether you’re a startup owner or creative person needing a change of scenery, here are the top co working spaces in Belfast for a comfier work life and happier workdays.
How much do co working spaces cost in Belfast?
Co working spaces in Belfast typically cost around £149 per month and daily passes starting at £5, depending on the location, amenities, and membership type.
1. LoftSpace Coworking

Address: 19 Arthur St
Phone: [email protected]
Business hours:
- Mon-Fri: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Sat-Sun: Closed
LoftSpace’s co working space in Belfast is perfect for those looking for a cosy workspace with a boutique feel.
It offers hot desks, meeting rooms, private offices, speedy internet, and business address services. There’s also a kitchen with coffee and tea, printers, locker spaces, and showers, which makes this co working option better than most.
I also like its central location in the city, making it accessible to those who need to meet coworkers in person. What’s more, the sleek interiors and natural light would make a good impression on clients.
However, note that there’s limited parking, so it’s best to scope out the area first if you’re interested. Moreover, I noticed that there’s a limited communal space here—not really great for big teams, in my opinion.
Amazing facilities
“Excellent co working space. Facilities are amazing and Max couldn’t do enough for you. Design & layout means work doesn’t quite feel like work. Just a bunch of really nice people, in a cool space, at very competitive rates. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.”

Bright, comfy, and great
“LoftSpace is the first co-working space I’ve ever used frequently, and I’d recommend it to anyone in Belfast City Centre. Max is super friendly and always makes you feel welcome. The space is bright, comfy, and great for getting work done. The WiFi is fast, the coffee is good, and there’s a nice mix of people to chat with. It’s a great place to work, and I’m really glad I’ve been fortunate enough to have a desk there for the last number of years.”

2. Glandore

Address: Arthur House, 41 Arthur St
Phone: +44 28 9044 7100, [email protected]
Business hours:
- Open 24 hours
If you’re looking to work somewhere a bit fancy, Glandore features a professional environment with corporate-grade facilities. I also appreciate that it gives immediate access to restaurants, retail spots, and fitness centres nearby.
This co working option stands out for its reliability since it can accommodate around 300 people (co working spaces and private offices combined). Its upscale interiors make it a cut above the rest, too!
Besides co working desks, it offers event spaces, reception services, and IT support. Should you be a business owner, it might be useful to look into having formal or networking events here.
But with its premium fit-outs, you’ll have to consider that this option is more expensive than other co working spaces. Also, the vibe here is pretty formal, which isn’t always suitable for some remote workers.
Great hot desk
“Very professional office space. Great hot desk site”
-Mr. Noel Connolly, Google Review
Top-end offices
“Took a space here in December and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful in getting me up and running. Top end offices at a good price.”

3. Hubflow

Address: Gallery Building, Hubflow, 65-69 Dublin Rd
Phone: +44 20 7981 2577, [email protected]
Business hours:
- Mon-Fri: 8:30am – 6:00pm
- Sat-Sun: Closed
Want to start your own podcast? Hubflow has well-equipped podcast facilities and AI-enhanced services to help you get started. I believe this can give startups an opportunity to make themselves known.
This company also provides flexible desks, private offices, meeting rooms, virtual offices, and the like. It also has vibrant interiors and modern tech that would help communities become more creative and productive.
Not only that, but I also love that this office solutions company is transparent with its prices. And if you need it, business owners needing office spaces can take advantage of its flexible terms, with contracts ranging from 3 months to over 3 years.
As energetic as the whole vibe here is, it can get pretty noisy at times. If you’re sensitive to that, I think this option might not be the best spot to get things done.
Always clean and tidy
“Have been working at the Dublin Rd. Hubflow site since February and can’t have any complaints. Always clean and tidy, staff are brilliant to work with, and offers a perfect location for any type of work. Highly recommend for any small or large businesses in the area for long term office space, or short term conferences.”
-Mr. Finn Davey, Google Review
Perfect facilities
“We had a strategy meeting arranged and needed a facility at short notice that was private and well located for parking in Belfast. We reached out to Hubflow who accommodated us at short notice. The facility was perfect and Declan the manager was very accommodating. This is my first experience of Serviced offices and we definitely will use Hubflow again. Highly recommended , perfect.”

4. Titanic Suites

Address: 55-59 Adelaide St
Phone: +44 28 9033 9999, [email protected]
Business hours:
- Mon-Fri: 8:30am – 5:30pm
- Sat-Sun: Closed
Need a change of scenery with your co working space in Belfast? Titanic Suites is among the best places for that, given its historic charm. I love that clients can access the main transport routes, shops, and dining spots from this building!
But I say don’t be deceived by its nostalgic atmosphere. This option can help with co working desks and meeting rooms, as well as call answering and mail handling services. It’s also secure with a full security system to give clients peace of mind.
There also seems to be a decent range of meeting rooms here for one-on-one or management-level meetings. This shows its versatile services for different client needs.
Plus, I appreciate that its focus suites offer a pleasant environment for marketing research purposes. This is mostly for focus groups, user-testing, and in-depth interviews.
Nevertheless, I believe this company can still improve by having more creative amenities. It looks more suitable for formal businesses needing a professional-looking space.
Clean & well-prepared meeting rooms
“Great meeting space. Rooms are clean and well prepared, and there’s a range of rooms to suit the occasion (although I particularly like the Glass Room for small 1:1 meetings). We definitely consider Titanic Suites to be a part of Navigator’s presence in Belfast.”
-Mr. David Crozier, Google Review
Great service offerings
“Excellent location, professional support staff and overall a great service offering at competitive rates.”
-Mr. Laurence Kennedy, Google Review
5. The Kelvin

Address: 17-25 College Square E
Phone: +44 28 9038 7000, [email protected]
Business hours:
- Open 24 hours
Looking for a working space that’s easy on the wallet? The Kelvin is known for providing large communal areas with budget-friendly fees, making it great for small business and startup owners.
In my book, being more affordable than others doesn’t mean it’s inadequate, though. It’s equipped with co working desks, private offices, event spaces, kitchen facilities, and more.
It’s also impressive for me that this company offers customisation services. For example, the team can help you if your business needs up to 150 desks for an event.
However, its simple working space design and few premium features might be a dealbreaker for some. This is why I recommend looking up its photos first before reaching out.
Great spot for client meetings
“I’ve been in The Kelvin for a few months now with my work, and the place is outstanding. The facilities are top-notch and always clean. The staff are super friendly and can help out with almost any request. It’s also a great spot for client meetings – it’s so close to the new central station and city hall that it’s convenient to host.”
-Mr. Gary-Eoghan Gallagher, Google Review
